Borrowed Time is a unique perk belonging to Bill Overbeck. Prestige Bill Overbeck to Prestige 1, 2, and 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III of Borrowed Time for all other Characters.
How it Works
When you are fueled by unexpected energy when saving an ally from a hook, Borrowed Time keeps their Endurance status effect for an extra 6-10 seconds.
Conclusion
Borrowed Time is an excellent way to counter tunneling, which is when a Killer focuses on one Survivor and repeatedly hooks them. By giving the unhooked Survivor an extra few seconds of Endurance, Borrowed Time makes it more difficult for the Killer to down them again quickly. This can give the Survivor time to escape or get to safety. Borrowed Time can be a lifesaver in the right hands, and it is a valuable perk for any Survivor who wants to help their team.
